Blake Magee

Principal

Blake Magee is a Principle with the Blake Magee Company, a local land development company he started in 1994. Blake has been involved in land development in Central Texas for the past 29 years. Prior to starting the Blake Magee Company, he was Vice President of Mellon Properties Company (a subsidiary of Mellon Bank) and Director of Planning and Feasibility of Land Development for Nash Phillips Copus (NPC).

Blake has developed over 10,000 single family lots in the Austin Metropolitan Area and San Antonio in quality communities like Scofield Farms, Stone Canyon, Quest Village, Sunset Valley Meadows, Forest Oaks, Silver Oak, Mayfield Ranch, Meridian 80's, The Ridge at Lantana, Brodie Springs, Loma Vista, The Preserve at River Place and Spicewood at Bullcreek to name a few. He is currently developing new communities in Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville and San Antonio. Over the past few years, he has created and is developing lots in six Municipal Utility Districts (MUD’s) containing over 6,000 single-family lots.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Leanna Einhaus

Senior Project Manager

Leanna has been with Blake Magee Company since 1997 and is currently a Senior Project Manager. In her twelve years with Blake Magee Company she has managed over 20 projects comprising more than 5,000 lots. Additionally, she is responsible for coordinating monthly reporting to project owners/partners on all projects.

Leanna began working in the industry in 1983 and established her expertise while working for Nash Phillips Copus and Wilshire Homes.

Amy Frederick, P.E.

Senior Project Manager

Amy Frederick is a licensed civil engineer and a Senior Project Manager for Blake Magee Company. In 2005, she began working for Blake Magee Company and oversees the development of large master planned communities containing over 6,000 single family lots. She provides expertise in planning, entitlements, design and construction of the subdivisions. The majority of her projects lie within Municipal Utility Districts and she has assisted in the creation and operation of those Districts. Since working with Blake Magee Company she has managed the development of over 1,000 lots.

She has been working in the real estate industry for over a decade. Amy worked for Jones & Carter, Inc. for seven years in their land development division designing single family subdivisions, and has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dustin Einhaus

Project Manager

Dustin is a project manager with the Blake Magee Company. He began his career with Blake Magee Company in 2006 with a focus on amenity center and lot construction management. In addition to construction management, Dustin is responsible for the marketing operations, lot closings and architectural reviews for the Blake Magee Company.

Prior to joining the Blake Magee Company, Dustin worked for David Weekley Homes in Austin, TX, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwestern University. He is also a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin.

Justin Noel

Accounting & Finance

Justin handles accounting and finance functions at Blake Magee Company with more than 20 years experience in real estate development and management, including residential land development, master planned community development and management, resort condominium construction, and hotel/country club/restaurant operations. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin School of Business.

Ana Stanton

Legal

Ana M. Stanton began working for the Blake Magee Company in 2000 and is now a senior project manager and in house attorney. Ana has overseen the development of large master planned communities along with corresponding amenity centers. She has also served on the board of numerous Homeowners Associations and worked simultaneously with outside legal counsel on document drafting, review and lot closings. Since beginning work with the Blake Magee Company she has managed the development of over 2,000 lots.

She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and the University of San Francisco School of Law and is licensed in both the state of California and the state of Texas.
