Blake Magee

Principal

Blake has been involved in land development in Central Texas for the past 40 years. Prior to starting the Blake Magee Company, he was Vice President of Mellon Properties Company (a subsidiary of Mellon Bank) and Director of Planning and Feasibility of Land Development for Nash Phillips Copus (NPC).

Blake has developed and participated in well over two dozen quality, master planned communities and approximately 30,000 single family lots in the Austin and San Antonio. Many of these developments have been extremely challenging to develop and include creating Municipal Utility Districts, Water Control Improvement Districts, Public Improvement Financing Districts and challenging zoning and development agreements.

Some of his developments include Scofield Farms, Stone Canyon, Quest Village, Sunset Valley Meadows, Forest Oaks, Silver Oak, Mayfield Ranch, Meridian, The Ridge at Lantana, Brodie Springs, Loma Vista, The Preserve at River Place, The Villas at Treemont, Retreat at Travis Country, Brodie Springs, and Spicewood at Bullcreek, Avalon, Paloma Lake, Palmera Ridge, The Highlands at Mayfield Ranch, Parkside at Mayfield, Highlands at Mayfield Ranch, Parkside on the River and 6 Creeks. He has developed in Austin, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Leander, Georgetown, Dripping Springs, Georgetown and Kyle as well as other areas of Williamson, Travis, and Hays counties in Central Texas.

Currently he is developing Blake Magee Company’s largest master planned community to date encompassing over 1500 acres, four MUD’s, three amenity centers, miles of trails and over 2,500 single family homes with 150 acres of commercial and multifamily in Georgetown. In addition, he is in the process of entitling another large single-family development in Georgetown, Williamson County.
